Cancellation by Customers
If you wish to cancel your booking, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellation charges may apply depending on the timing and nature of your booking:
- More than 30 days before departure: Full refund minus administrative fees.
- 15 to 30 days before departure: 50% refund of the total booking cost.
- Less than 15 days before departure: No refund available.
Cancellation by PrimeTours
PrimeTours reserves the right to cancel or modify any tour or travel package due to insufficient bookings, unforeseen circumstances, or force majeure events such as natural disasters, political unrest, or pandemics. In such cases, customers will be offered:
- A full refund of any payments made, or
- An alternative travel package of equivalent value, subject to availability.
Refund Process
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 14 business days of cancellation confirmation. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed. Please note that bank processing times may vary.
Non-Refundable Items
Certain items and services may be non-refundable, including but not limited to:
- Airline tickets issued as part of the package
- Visa application fees and travel insurance premiums
- Custom or special request services
- Third-party fees or penalties imposed by service providers
Changes to Bookings
Requests to change travel dates, destinations, or other booking details are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make any changes.
Force Majeure
PrimeTours is not liable for cancellations, delays, or changes caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, strikes, government regulations, or pandemics. In such cases, we will work with you to find the best possible solution.
